Multiple Brainwaves

Does the brain generate more than one type of brainwave at a time? For instance both delta and theta simultaneously.

Hello Robert,

Yes. Definitely.

The brain pulsates in all brainwaves. And I am sure at even frequencies that current technology is unable to detect.

These and all other frequencies make up our very consciousness, our awareness and states of mind.

The challenge lies in our ability to access them at will. Therein lies the difference between those that are able to perform at peak performance states and those that live normal average life.

There is nothing right or wrong to it. They merely reflect back to us the quality of our experience.
