Service Policy, Terms & Conditions

1. We accept the following modes of payment -


• Cash
• ATM transfer
• Internet banking transfer
• Cheque (Not available for a la carte menu service)



2. A la Carte Service -

Cash payment only. If you wish to pay by ATM/internet banking transfer, prepayment is required prior to appointment date. Check with us what is the amount payable.



3. Zense Deluxe/Premium Package -

If your existing package value falls below S$100, we will send you a sms reminder to top up account prior to your appointment.

In the event your package value falls below a S$100 on the day of appointment, and your treatment exceeds your available balance amount, we will based the treatment charge at a la carte menu price unless you top up your account in cash to the amount of the package.

All packages must be consumed within 12 months of sign-up or renewal. There will be no refund for unconsumed package.



4. Punctuality -

We advise clients to be punctual. We may not be able to proceed with your appointment if you are 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment.



5. Booking Your Appointment -

We strongly urge you to book your appointment at least one month in advance.
